Mehndi is the function where families bring the most colour. ERHA Events provides mehndi decoration in Lahore for banquet halls, lawns, marquees and homes. We build the mehndi stage and decorate the entrance, the ceiling, the seating, the dance area and the photo corner, so the whole space follows one theme.
This page explains what mehndi decoration includes, how we build the mehndi stage, the colours and themes families choose, and what to plan before you book. If you are still choosing a theme, see our mehndi decoration ideas.
Mehndi function decoration changes with the venue. In a banquet hall, we cover plain walls, handle the ceiling and plan the lighting around the hall’s own lights. On a lawn, we use structures that hold up in wind, and we plan the setup for sunset. At home, we work with the space you have, such as a lounge, a courtyard or a rooftop, and we arrange seating around the furniture that cannot be moved.
We visit the venue or review photos and measurements first, so the design fits the space.
Most mehndi functions run into the evening, so lighting matters as much as flowers. For mehndi night decoration, we use warm string lights, lanterns and lit panels around the stage, and we keep the dance area brighter than the seating areas. We also keep lights away from the places where people will apply mehndi, because glare makes it hard to see the design.
The price depends on the size of the venue, the stage style, the amount of fresh flowers, the lighting, and how much of the space you want decorated. A full hall with a swing stage and a ceiling costs more than a home setup with a canopy stage. We give a fixed price after seeing the venue, and if you tell us your budget, we will plan the decoration to fit it.
Mehndi decor covers more than the stage. These are the areas we decorate, and you can book all of them or only some.

We review photos and measurements, and check the hall's rules about hanging decoration.

The mehndi stage is where the bride sits for hours while relatives apply mehndi, give gifts and take pictures. Because of this, mehndi stage decoration has to look good and also be comfortable. We build the stage low and wide, with soft seating and enough room for the bride’s outfit and for family to sit beside her.
These are the stage styles families ask for most.
A decorated swing for the bride with flowers hanging from the frame. It photographs well and gives the bride a seat that is different from the usual sofa.
A low platform covered with cushions and fabric, with a canopy above it. Relatives can sit around the bride on the platform. It is a good choice for smaller venues and for homes.
A raised or low stage with a flower or fabric backdrop and string lights behind it. It works well in a banquet hall, where the backdrop hides a plain wall.
A backdrop with mirror pieces or patterned fabric in bright colours. In the evening, the lights reflect in the mirrors and give the stage extra brightness.
These ideas are popular right now and can be combined.

It depends on the venue size, the stage style, the flowers and the lighting. A home setup costs much less than a full hall with a swing stage and a decorated ceiling. Send us your venue, date and budget, and we will quote a fixed price.
