Sofas or chairs for the bride and groom, with space for family to sit or stand beside them.
Fresh, artificial or a mix, placed on the backdrop, along the front edge of the stage and on the steps.
Lights on the backdrop and the stage so the couple is lit evenly for photos and video.
Pillars, arches or flower stands on either side, so the stage connects with the rest of the hall.
A stage that looks right in one hall can look too large or too small in another. This is how we plan it.
The stage should not fill the hall or look lost in it. We check the width of the hall and the height of the ceiling before choosing a design.
We ask where the photographer and the video team will stand, and design the stage for that main angle.
We plan where guests will line up for photos and where the family will stand, so the steps and the sides of the stage are not blocked.
Some halls limit what can be hung from the ceiling or fixed to the walls, and some have fixed power points. We check these with the hall manager.
We compare the stage colours with the bride's outfit, the hall curtains and the existing lights so everything works together.
It depends on the stage size, the backdrop, the flowers, the lighting and the venue. A small stage with a panel backdrop costs much less than a large stage with a full floral wall. Send us your hall name, your date and your budget, and we will quote a fixed price.
Three to six months before the date is best, especially from November to February when wedding dates fill quickly. Shorter notice is possible if the date is free.
We can build a close version of most designs. The exact result depends on your hall size and the materials, and we will tell you what changes before you confirm.
Yes. You can book only the stage, or the stage together with the entrance, the walkway, the tables and the lighting.
Yes. We work in banquet halls, marriage halls, marquees and lawns. Outdoor stages need extra planning for wind and heat, and we explain this in the quote.
We agree on the setup time with you and the hall when you book. Bigger stages need more time, so ask your hall when we can enter.
Yes. Our team takes everything down after the event, so your family and the hall do not have to.
